1. What URLPull provides

URLPull offers tools to inspect supported URLs and, where technically and legally permitted, process or deliver media and metadata. Available outputs depend on the URL, content-owner permissions, service configuration, applicable provider policies, and operational limits. We may refuse or stop a request when authorization, security, or reliability cannot be verified.

2. Your permission to submit content

Submit only URLs, files, or accounts you own or are authorized to use. You must comply with copyright, privacy, and relevant third-party terms. URLPull is not permission to bypass access controls, DRM, paywalls, private accounts, or provider restrictions. Results must not be used to infringe another person's rights.

3. TikTok Login Kit and Data Portability

URLPull is preparing an optional TikTok Login Kit review journey. If separately enabled for approved reviewers, it requests only user.info.basicto show a consenting TikTok account's basic identity. TikTok hosts its own login and consent screen; URLPull does not ask for the TikTok password.

TikTok Data Portability is a separate, unapproved integration. A future user-owned export would need explicit consent to the one-time scope portability.postsandprofile.single, eligibility under TikTok's regional and developer policies, and independent approval. URLPull does not currently offer TikTok account-export downloads, public TikTok URL downloads, direct messages, activity archives, or ongoing portability access through that proposed integration. Review prototypes must not be represented as completed TikTok authentication or real file transfers.

4. Accounts, temporary output, and availability

Some services may use essential session cookies, usage limits, or account verification. Processing and temporary outputs can expire or be removed without notice after their authorized retention window. We do not guarantee that any URL, provider API, export job, or output format will remain supported. Paid features, if offered, must disclose their prices and conditions before purchase; these terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.

5. Service integrity and security

Do not automate abusive traffic, evade rate limits, upload malicious material, probe other users' sessions, or submit URLs designed to target internal systems. We may deny or terminate a session to prevent misuse or maintain service safety.

6. Third-party platforms

Third-party websites and APIs have their own rules, outages, eligibility criteria, and privacy notices. URLPull is independent of TikTok and does not claim TikTok approval or an official redistribution license. The availability of a third-party page does not grant rights to download or redistribute its content.

7. Changes and responsible use

Tools are provided on an as-available basis subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. Substantive changes will be reflected by the publication date. Stop using a service if you do not agree to the updated terms.
