About URLPull

A URL is a starting point for analysis, not proof of ownership or a blanket download permission. URLPull is designed around that distinction.

This resource is currently published in English only. Translated legal statements have not been reviewed.

A public-link utility, not an all-platform downloader

URLPull helps people inspect eligible public HTTP(S) links, identify accessible media or documents, and request a file when both the source and the relevant processing path permit it. A direct file URL may be straightforward to examine. A webpage can instead contain references to many assets, some of which are not actually accessible to the requester.

The product therefore offers separate tools for different input and output types, rather than promising that every pasted link can become a downloadable file.

Capabilities are explicit, not assumed

The application uses capability-based resolution: each generic module declares which URL forms and asset types it can handle. Public URLs may be resolved in the browser or through bounded server processes. The response can legitimately be an unavailable state, a list of discovered assets, or a permission-related limitation.

Our Supported Sources matrix distinguishes URL recognition, previews, metadata and authorized downloading. These are separate capabilities, not interchangeable approvals.

What URLPull deliberately will not do

URLPull does not offer a license to bypass sign-in requirements, DRM, paywalls, rate controls or private accounts. It does not turn a social-platform URL into provider authorization, and it does not promise access to all embedded files on a webpage. Users remain responsible for rights to process and use any material they submit.

Account-authorized exports are a different product path

An account export requires permission from the actual account owner and, where relevant, separate provider approval. TikTok Login Kit is being prepared for a restricted basic-identity Sandbox review; TikTok Data Portability remains separately gated and is not a public download feature. Neither an unapproved integration nor a synthetic demonstration should be mistaken for a working export.

Privacy and security boundaries

URLs can contain sensitive details, so users should avoid submitting private links or embedded credentials. URLPull enforces input validation, bounded network access, temporary output behavior and session restrictions appropriate to each available function. Read our Privacy Policy, deletion instructions and FAQ for specifics and limitations.
