File discovery for supported public links

Download a public Facebook video

Check standard Facebook page video links for a bound native video download. Only authorized public media and actual verified formats are offered; some links will not work.

Local-first when practical. Secure server analysis only when needed.

Ready for a link

How it works

Check standard Facebook page video links for a bound native video download. Facebook standard videos and Reels have distinct address forms. A public post containing an image is not a confirmed video file. Use the /videos/ page URL for the desired video; URLPull checks video identity before returning a candidate MP4.

Private group videos and authenticated-only feeds remain unsupported.

Supported source forms

  • facebook.com/<page>/videos/<id>
  • facebook.com/reel/<id>

Outputs

  • Verified public video

Privacy and processing

Submit only rights-cleared public URLs. URLPull never requests account passwords or cookies for provider preview. Preview uses first-party opaque, short-lived, single-use image tickets, not provider CDN links in the browser.

Troubleshooting

An operator-disabled provider stays recognized but cannot download. Private content, unsupported media subtypes and expired sources remain unavailable; never bypass a login or CAPTCHA.

Does a normal Facebook page post always contain a downloadable video?

No. A post may be text, images, inaccessible media or a player without an authorized file.
